Every month we randomly select engines for testing. Selected engines run for 300 hours to make sure they are reliable.
Select motorcycles are driven for 20,000km under various roads conditions to make sure our products meet our customers' expectations.
Every week we test electrical components under various weather conditions to make sure they are up to grade.
Pistons and cylinders are broken in with 10,000 strokes before assembly.
Tires are tested under water before assembly to make sure that there are no leaks
